ASHLAND COUNTY, OHIO — Family members, friends, and residents of Greenwich are mourning the heartbreaking loss of Britany A. Bikauskas, a 38-year-old woman who died in a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Ashland County.

The tragic accident has left loved ones struggling to come to terms with a loss that came without warning. As word of her passing spread throughout the community, many began sharing condolences and memories while reflecting on a life that ended far too soon.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly after midnight on June 21, 2026, near the intersection of State Route 545 and Township Road 856 in Clear Creek Township.

Investigators reported that Britany was driving a 2009 Buick LaCrosse southbound on State Route 545 when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway. Troopers said she then attempted to correct the vehicle’s path, causing it to cross back over the roadway before leaving the left side and overturning.

Fatal Crash Remains Under Investigation

Authorities stated that Britany was ejected from the vehicle during the rollover crash. She was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of the injuries she sustained.

Emergency personnel responded quickly after receiving reports of the accident, but despite their efforts, there was nothing that could be done to save her.
